This is a group class... we really hit it out of the park with this class (ages 12-16yrs old)... which is how we GUARANTEE results for all levels of athletes at this age. This class works each athlete through development and performance enhancement (proven) movements and variables. Power, speed, strength, reaction and so much more.
This is a group class... Our Functional Youth Athletic Performance class (ages 7-12yrs old) takes the less is more approach by focusing on fundamental movement patterns thus allowing young athletes to enhance their athletic capabilities. We focus on providing them a proper neurological base... with a heavy emphasis on proper speed, change-of-direction, jumping, core and injury prevention training.
